How to Use This Site

This site contains audio and transcripts of Rav Twersky’s hashkafa shiurim going back to 1993. This post shows you how to find shiurim, and then how to access the audio and transcripts. Bulk downloads are available via Google Drive.

Finding Shiurim

You can find shiurim in multiple ways:

1) The “Series” menu option, as well as the individual posts, show the shiurim in the context they were originally given – on Thursday during the regular shiur slot, at night in yeshiva, after mincha (“Post-Mincha”), etc. Any series which has multiple years to it provides a nested menu, with one option for each year. E.g., below, under “Post-Mincha”, links to the four different years for which recordings are available are shown.

    2) On the right side of the screen, full-text search of all of the transcripts and descriptions is available

    3) Filtered Search enables you to limit your search to shiurim that were focused on certain topics or sources

    4) Clicking on any item in the Browse Shiurim list will give you a list of series and episodes that are tagged as being about the given source, occasion, or topic.

    Listening / Reading

Clicking on any link to any series of shiurim will take you to the page that contains that entire series in a single playlist. You can use the playlist/player to listen to any/all of the shiurim. You can download individual tracks and view/download transcripts using the buttons next to each track

Below the entire playlist there is a table which has links for each shiur to go to that shiur’s individual page (“View”) or to copy a link to that shiur’s individual page to share (“Copy Link”).
